The Process

To accomplish a fluent work flow with quick results we established together with the client a agile design process in weekly sprints.

Design research

& sprint zero

After a design research first moods and keyscreens were designed.
The approval of the client was the kick-off for a sprint 0 focusing on design elements.

Result

Cross-platform Component Library

A design system was created to work on iOS, Android, and Web.

Tracking healthy activities

The user is able to collect points with healthy activities like jogging, swimming or a simple check at the doctor.

Data Transfer

Convenient & automated

The activity data is transferred automatically via smart- and apple watch or health app/google fit data.

Tracking via beacons

Like fitness studios are equipped with beacons and checks in the user automatically.
It is also possible to track the activities manually by scanning fitness center memberships, doctor bills, etc.

Leveling up

Motivation via gamification

The activity data is transferred automatically via smart- and apple watch or health app/google fit data.

Level system andreward points

A 5 level system is provided for long term motivation and reward reveniew.

Reward Shop

High activity means high reward. The collected points are an in-game currency which can be used to purchase real-life products in the internal reward-shop
